Jhumka is the Indian word or term that is used to name the most traditional earrings in India. Dangling, bell shaped and fluid in design, the origin of this popular earring style can be traced back to ancient temple statues from the Chola dynasty (which make them as old as 300s BCE).
One piece of sari scrap can be made into several necklaces, so positioning of print may differ very slightly from the image. Also, as our jhumkas are vintage and one of a kind, the jhumka may differ slightly from the one in the image. Call our store for a specific color from our large color selection which varies regularly!
