Return Policy We stand behind our naturally beautiful clothing products and we want you to be happy with them! If you purchase a piece of clothing or an accessory from us, we want you wearing it and enjoying it right away. In fact, our best referrals come from customers like you who wear our clothing and share our site with others. So, we want to make returns and exchanges easy for you.
Please complete the enclosed return form. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return label. Send your purchase back to us or bring it to our store (3019 North Druid Hills Rd. in Atlanta) within 30 days of your original purchase and we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method when the item is received.
Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Your receipt or order number helps us locate your original purchase. If you don't have a receipt, we are usually able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for additional information so we can better assist with your request.
If no record of a sale is available and we choose to provide a refund, your personal identification will be required to process the return and the return is provided at current price on a READY TRADING gift card.
If you received an item from our store as a gift and need to exchange it, we are also eager to meet your needs and introduce you to our naturally beautiful clothing. Come by the store in person or visit our site for more great looks and contact us for an exchange.
Is there a time limit? What if the item is worn?
Because we are a small business, we are able to complete exchanges and returns quickly and fairly. If an item is damaged or defective, we want to know about it and our manufacturers stand behind their products as well. If you have worn an item and experience damage from washing or care, please contact us and we will process an exchange or credit!
Many of our items are produced by artisan/craftsmen in countries using heritage or traditional processes, techniques or looms. Please keep in mind that all natural woven fabrics such as ours, often have irregularities in weave or texture that are not “defects” but are considered part of the natural beauty of the fabric or product.
