Traditional Tibetan Amber Pearl and Turquoise
Traditional Tibetan composition incorporating large Nepalese amber nuggets and multiple strands of cultured pearls, accented with Himalayan turquoise, joined by a sterling silver clasp. The central amber nugget bead is flanked by sterling silver representing. Buddhists associate pearls with enlightenment. They refer to turquoise as “sky stones”, believing that they have been brought to the surface of the earth from the heavens, and the amber beads symbolize the earth itself. The size of this necklace is impressive at 36” (91cm) in length.
